At Bayside Therapeutic Services we offer therapy & counselling through a trauma-informed social work lens. An Accredited Mental Health Social Worker will be skilled in creating a safe space for you to reflect on, express and process your inner and outer worlds, through holistic support, counselling, advocacy and clinical knowledge and skills.

We specialise assisting young people aged 12 - 30 to discover effective psychological strategies to overcome challenges and improve mental health & well-being. We work closely with your support system, with your consent, to achieve the best outcomes for you. We also offer therapy and mental health services for all ages over 12.

Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bullying, low self-esteem, school or workplace issues, self-harming, suicidal thoughts or relationship issues, we can provide the tools and techniques to navigate these difficult times. For Telehealth services you will be sent a Telehealth consent form and information on how to join a Telehealth session with your clinician. For home visit services we service the Wynnum area and surrounding suburbs. We complete a brief phone consultation to ensure this is the best option for you moving forwards.
